5-Minute Daily Printable Planner
5-Minute Daily Printable Planner
Welcome to my first product!
This is an Etsy printable which you can find at www.etsy.com/shop/learningtoswim
I’ve ordered the week Saturday - Friday to coincide with Point II from ‘The Art of Loving Your Mondays’ (https://learningtoswimblog.blogspot.com/2022/10/the-art-of-loving-your-mondays.html).
You can then track your mood with the 4 emojis right underneath before you begin to plan out your day. If you notice that your mood isn’t where you would like it to be, you can keep this in mind whilst filling in the rest of the page. Try adding in some extra self care activities to your day!
Next up, we have your ‘Top Priority’. I will be delving into this more in a future blog post but the basic premise is to pick one thing that you absolutely have to get done that day and then break it down into manageable tasks. These tasks can then be copied across into the ‘Today’s Schedule’ section. I have found that planning like this really helps me to make sure everything I need to do gets done.
Below the priority breakdown section is a water intake tracker - fairly self explanatory but this helps you to keep on top of your hydration (which, as we all know, is super important)!
Underneath that is your easy wins block - you can read more about this concept in ‘The Art of the Easy Win’ (https://learningtoswimblog.blogspot.com/2022/10/the-art-of-easy-win.html). Once you’ve filled this in, you can transfer them straight across to your schedule.
At the very bottom of the page, we have the notes section. This can be used for whatever you like, I like to use mine to specify things on my to-do list (i.e. the topic of the blog I have scheduled to write that day). You could also use this as a mini diary of what you did or your meal plan! Anything goes :)
Finally, in the bottom right-hand corner is a Gratitudes space. Try and find three things you are grateful for when you complete this everyday for an added dose of happiness :)
